Seminaarinmäki Wellbeing Path.

The Wellbeing Points of Seminaarinmäki are located at four different points around Seminaarinmäki. Open to all the functional wellbeing points are designed to offer students, staff and other users of the area the opportunity to relax and unwind, for example during a day of work or study, in their own local environment – our beautiful campus park. This is also intended to strengthen the connection between the users of the points and nature. Each exercise is accompanied by background research on the well-being effects of nature. A map showing the location of the points and more detailed instructions and background research for the exercises can be found at here.
